Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an Agile team to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams to introduce new features and enhancements.
- Develop new features, modules, and functionalities for the product, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Analyze intricate technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and the adoption of best practices to streamline development workflows.
- Engage in unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of the product.
- Provide mentorship to a team of developers, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and ongoing learning within the team to augment overall capabilities.
- Conduct regular code reviews to uphold code quality, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices.
- Assist the team in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Fundamental understanding of .NET technologies, particularly the C# programming language.
- Proficiency in working with databases and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL or MS SQL Server databases.
- Strong grasp of relational database concepts.
- Solid comprehension of Microservice-based solutions and architectures.
- Experience utilizing AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, and CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, including GitLab/GitHub Pipelines.
- Ability to swiftly comprehend concepts, analyze issues, and devise innovative solutions.
- Good understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Unit testing.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, Angular2, AngularJS, or JQuery.
- Familiarity with Azure in addition to AWS is considered advantageous.
