Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers who are delinquent on payments.
- Conduct ongoing reconciliation between customer accounts and the general ledger.
- Generate both standard and ad-hoc reports for management, including monthly Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging reports, risk analysis summaries, and assistance with quarterly audit reports.
- Forecast cash collections and analyze historical payment trends.
- Perform daily credit analysis of both new and existing customers.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate credit limits based on risk profiles through diligent risk assessment and ongoing monitoring.
- Bring significant credit risk and collection issues to the attention of senior management.
- Review contractual payment terms and either approve or make recommendations regarding them.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Tax, Operations Management (OM), and Legal.
- Enhance and automate processes, and update policies and controls as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Familiarity with SAP, particularly the FSCM Collections Module, is advantageous.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exhibits a proven track record of enhancing process efficiencies.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is considered beneficial.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with SAP, particularly the FSCM Collections Module, is advantageous.
