Key Responsibilities:
- Receives continuous guidance and assistance to develop, test, and document applications.
- Analyzes application, feature, or component designs to implement them according to user stories and specifications provided.
- Codes, debugs, tests, and documents the stages of product, component, or feature development, ensuring effective communication.
- Abides by project deadlines and maintains clear communication via email and verbal exchanges.
- Engages in active listening and learning to effectively interact with customers and acquire knowledge of technology and business domains.
- Attains relevant technical or domain certifications as required.
- Adheres to coding standards established by the ERP/CRM Practice.
- Establishes goals in NorthStar, tracks progress, and updates accordingly.
- Collaborates with reporting manager to complete feedback check-in processes within specified timeframes.
- Completes all mandatory training requirements, including technology-specific and industry-specific trainings mandated by UST.
- Receives satisfactory performance ratings for attended trainings, where applicable.
- Works towards reducing the recurrence of known defects and ensures quick resolution of bugs.
- Adheres to schedules, timelines, and SLAs as applicable, particularly in support roles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates proactive engagement and collaboration within the team.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of effectively debugging issues and conducting root cause analysis for defects identified by the testing team.
- Executes tests and assesses results against product specifications.
- Develops user interfaces and business software components.
- Displays adaptability and quick learning abilities to acquire proficiency in new technologies pertinent to ERP/CRM.
- Possesses experience in investigating system and performance issues.
- Proficient in preparing test data and procedures for unit integration and production testing based on project requirements.
Preferred skills:
- Acquires familiarity with various features and automations within ERP/CRM cloud platforms.
- Understands coding best practices and recognizes coding limitations.
- Utilizes data loading tools effectively.
- Demonstrates knowledge of staging deployment processes and resolving deployment errors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
