Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data research capabilities to interpret business challenges and data requirements, transforming them into straightforward analyses and recommendations.
- Create both standard and customized reports, along with ad hoc analyses, to support decision-making processes effectively.
- Maintain project logs, update monthly budget forecasts, and contribute to monthly newsletters or operations reviews.
- Engage in various projects, aiding the systems support group in design, programming, research, testing, and implementation tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production or issuance issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to enhance process accuracy, efficiency, and minimize risks.
- Undertake data and business research projects, secondary research testing, and results-driven intelligence analysis.
- Receive guidance from supervisors, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with technology and other business units.
- Collaborate with consultants or program managers on diverse tasks, such as project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in analytics, or demonstrate equivalent proficiency through various means such as work experience, training, military service, or education.
