Key Responsibilities:
- Solving routine problems by referring to general guidelines and precedents.
- Interacting primarily within your team and reporting to your direct supervisor.
- Receiving detailed instructions for all tasks in this role.

- Reviewing, classifying, and/or removing content according to client guidelines and using specific tools and channels.
- Making decisions and taking actions in accordance with client policies and guidelines.
- Staying updated on policy/process changes.
- Investigating, resolving, and communicating complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Identifying workflow improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Participating in continuous training programs and discussions for professional development.
- Engaging in conversations on socially sensitive topics to maintain community safety.
- Participating in well-being activities.
- Meeting efficiency targets set by the business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 1 year of experience or a fresh graduate.
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management abilities.
- Objectivity in performing duties, regardless of personal biases or beliefs, to uphold client policies.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in synthesizing and analyzing information from various sources.
- Sound critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Basic internet research skills.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills.
- Additional language proficiency as required.
