Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions across various subsystems within our applications, involving collaboration with requirements definition, prototyping, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of how our applications operate, their structure, and the ways in which customers utilize them.
- Conduct research on new technology and development tools to remain abreast of current trends.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through the development of documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and writing clearly readable code.
- Analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and engage in collaborative efforts to resolve issues.
- Adhere to established internal quality systems, considering standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements as integral aspects of coding activities.
- Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years in the software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with C, C++, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts, as well as Multi-tiered application design and development.
- Understanding of RDBMS design, including SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Proficiency in HTML/DHTML and JavaScript.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates good collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Exhibits a solid understanding of scripting and object-oriented software development principles.
- Possesses functional knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Demonstrates solid development skills and an overall comprehension of software development methodologies.
- Understands the concepts of refactoring or re-engineering solutions.
- Possesses thorough knowledge of design principles and patterns.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
