Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in data labeling, annotation, and transcription across various data types such as audio, images, and video.
- Adhere strictly to task SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), guidelines, and instructions for labeling to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand and follow English language content, task SOPs, guidelines, and instructions proficiently and as expected.
- Exhibit good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
- Adapt and assimilate new or modified project requirements swiftly and effectively.
- Deliver productivity in a timely manner, meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with the highest possible quality standards while achieving utilization targets.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to project forums.
- Optimize existing processes and provide continuous feedback on tools and procedures.
