Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for month-end activities and reporting, including handling business units/revenue packages and reporting, as well as executing system updates and data loaders for demand, supply units, and supply chain units’ demand and forecast numbers preparation. Additionally, accountable for HC tracking summary, project mapping, and system updates.
- Provide support to stakeholders by generating weekly/monthly reports for inventory tracking, backlog, and shipment reports, as well as gathering data and submitting reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of activities while maintaining complete ownership and accountability throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and global region teams, engaging in regular interactions for reviews, driving transition calls, and documenting processes for all activities.
- Availability required for evening calls to participate in reviews and transition activities.
- Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, B Tech, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- Possession of a Diploma in Business Analytics.
- Business Administration from a reputable B-school.
Preferred skills:
- Possessing 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in business analysis and operations activities.
- Proficiency in Excel, demonstrating the ability to utilize its functions effectively.
- Capable of focusing on details, multitasking, and executing activities in a timely manner while maintaining quality output.
- Exhibiting a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and enhance skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Willingness to accommodate evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis, demonstrating flexibility.
- Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills to address complex issues effectively.
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and effectively.
