Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update automated test cases utilizing mobile automation tools.
- Investigate framework design patterns and improve automation framework functionality.
- Establish and manage test data and test environment configurations utilizing appropriate tools.
- Coordinate with testing team members, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Analyze test outcomes, pinpoint defects, and communicate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Participate in code evaluations and verify the testability of new functionalities.
- Review documentation on automation testing planning and adhere to best practices.
- Deliver results within specified time frames while maintaining quality standards.
- Distribute automation execution reports and issue notifications efficiently to project stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient programming skills in a minimum of one object-oriented language, such as Java or Python.
- Practical experience with test automation frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and REST-Assured.
- Fundamental understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL or Oracle.
- Hands-on familiarity with basic shell scripting.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git for collaborative code management.
- Familiarity with agile software development and testing methodologies.
- Eagerness to rapidly grasp new technologies and tools while functioning autonomously in a dynamic environment.
