Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Ensure the execution of procedures to meet internal and external SLA’s while maintaining high quality.
- Undergo training and certification, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Carry out data entry tasks using databases efficiently.
- Participate in the development and recommendation of solutions for process improvements, and assist in the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to fulfill day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Provide support for on-call rotations or off-shift availability as necessary.
- Conduct quality checks to uphold data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Address client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or Client Service representatives.
- Research and respond to requests from E&Y Audit.
- Aid the Process/Team Lead in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Collaborate with the Quality Office and cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of Gracenote data flows and offer insights into the data quality for Video, Music, and Sports clients.
- Employ various tools to develop modular code and refine data queries sourced from multiple databases, data warehouses, and data lakes for performing data analysis, data visualizations, and addressing both client and internal inquiries.
- Integrate, compile, summarize, validate, and distribute data from numerous systems to present feasibility and recommendations regarding data quality to stakeholders within the framework of their business inquiries.
- Assess and validate data quality measures and thresholds, and implement quality escapes, reports, and dashboards for monitoring and analyzing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for GN Content Document all reporting and analysis projects meticulously.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other Media-related disciplines.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results punctually with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize logical reasoning to analyze data, draw conclusions, and effectively communicate results.
- Exhibit fluency in the English language, showcasing strong writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiently use Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Capable of working accurately under deadlines and flexible to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
- Possess proficient typing skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies.
- Stay abreast of the latest news, particularly on social networks, related to American television, cinema, and sports.
