Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first-level proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure system functionality.
- Prioritize faults on a regular basis to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Handle emergencies, coordinating with first-level operations when necessary, and investigate faults and their causes.
- Address complaints and escalations raised by end-customers, Operations, or Call Center.
- Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets, recommending timely actions and solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (BE E&C).
Preferred skills:
- Possess mandatory knowledge of the relevant domain.
- Ensure adherence to all processes and tools according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical support activities.
- Efficiently delegate and coordinate tasks as needed.
