Key Responsibilities for HR Helpdesk Associate:
- Resolve inquiries related to employee pay, benefits, company policies, and other HR areas.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for each query using mailbox/case management systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand inquiries to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Utilize available resources such as knowledge bases, HRMS systems, and the company intranet to determine the most accurate response.
- Interpret policies and explain procedures to requestors.
- Process various HR transactions, including new hires (including background checks, drug tests, direct deposit, and tax transactions), employment data changes, terminations/retirements, earnings/deduction transactions, pay by exception input, leave and attendance transactions, and overtime inputs.
- Manage Hire to Retire queries on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and respond to escalated issues from employees, HR professionals, and HR managers.
- Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues and inform management as appropriate.
- Maintain service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities for Process Executive:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to address and resolve client issues through calls, chat, and email.
- Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment and from the office.
- Exhibit analytical problem-solving abilities, understanding issues to effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently, thoroughly, and efficiently own and resolve customers’ issues.
- Proactively address customer needs and display the utmost respect for their time.
- Showcase good time management, ensuring all interactions with customers contribute value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a degree in any field of study.
- Possess excellent listening skills and strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Have experience in HR Operations.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle escalation queries effectively.
- Possess experience in working with HRMS/ERP systems, such as Workday.
- Have experience in team management within a Helpdesk environment.
Preferred skills:
- Possess knowledge and understanding of Company policies across all business formats.
- Bring experience specific to the Hire-to-Retire process for Global clients (US, EMEA, APAC), providing an added advantage.
- Demonstrate experience in applications and ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow.
