Key Responsibilities:
- Offer engineering expertise for a limited number of products or non-complex products.
- Collaborate with product support groups and development teams.
- Conduct remote customer site break-fix activities and, when necessary, on-site, employing globally consistent methodologies and tools.
- Provide second-level support for problem resolution, involving the reproduction of customer issues.
- Stay informed about pertinent technical and product trends through self-learning, training classes, and job shadowing.
- Manage site documentation effectively.
- Provide feedback to development and qualification teams.
- Escalate major, elusive, or recurrent issues that impact customer satisfaction.
