Key Responsibilities for Software Engineer:
- Utilize various software tools, including CAD and CAE, to develop models in accordance with project plans and customer requirements.
- Test prototypes and designs generated using software, thoroughly checking all boundary conditions, including impact analysis and stress analysis.
- Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional software system.
- Create a prototype based on engineering drawings, with a corresponding CAD model.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for any new requirements received from the client.
- Provide optimized solutions to clients through simulations in a virtual environment.
- Ensure software is regularly updated with the latest features to enhance cost-effectiveness for clients.
- Improve applications and solutions by identifying opportunities for enhancement, making recommendations, and designing/implementing systems.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures for various processes and systems as per client requirements while modeling a solution using software.
Key Responsibilities for System Engineer:
- Answer incoming calls and promptly respond to customer emails.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide customers with detailed product and service information.
- Research required information using available resources and offer effective solutions to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints utilizing relevant software.
- Direct calls and tickets to the appropriate resources and domains that can best support the user.
- Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team to trends observed in customer calls.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and resolutions.
- Complete call logs and generate reports.
