Key Responsibilities:
- Create recruitment materials and post job listings on relevant job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews, including phone screens and gathering preliminary information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing communication between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Generate analytical and well-documented recruiting reports for the team.
- Serve as a point of contact, building influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Master’s degree in human resources, Master’s Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
