Key Responsibilities for Graduate Trainee:
- Perform initial triage on reported application issues from global customers/partners and provide solutions by consulting mentors within the organization.
- Handle simple application issues under the close guidance of mentors or team leads.
- Maintain defined quality standards and procedures for efficient issue resolution.
- Create and update documentation related to application support and issue resolution.
- Learn and adhere to all support processes and guidelines; consult mentors or senior support consultants/team leads for any queries regarding the support process or specific application areas.
- Enhance knowledge of the application through on-the-job learning and participation in online or classroom training sessions.
Key Responsibilities for Associate Support Analyst:
- Provide technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues related to supply chain solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems using SQL queries, analyzing XML data, understanding IIS configurations, PowerShell scripting, and utilizing Excel for data analysis.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and customer interactions. Create and update technical documentation for customer assistance and internal knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to communicate customer issues, propose solutions, and contribute to product improvements.Identify opportunities for enhancing technical support processes, tools, and the overall customer experience.
- Propose and implement improvements to support continuous enhancement in processes and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred skills:
- Basic understanding of technical support, with a focus on SQL, IIS, XML, PowerShell Scripting, and supply chain solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation is a plus.
- Familiarity with IIS configurations and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proficiency in XML data parsing and manipulation is a plus.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications is also preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
