Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the dataset, input requirements, and output specifications.
- Gather data from diverse sources and update relevant tools, templates, internal databases, files, and spreadsheets based on predefined adjustments.
- Source data from Moody’s internal tools, information shared by other teams, and company reports. Collaborate regularly with other teams to ensure workflow coordination.
- Identify and investigate issues, exceptions, and discrepancies in data, escalating as necessary and following up to resolution.
- Download information, files, links, etc., from websites, internal sites, and databases.
- Provide daily and weekly updates as required by the process, including workflow status or summaries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in business, financial data, and Excel-based processes with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial statements and financial terms.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete processes accurately.
- Capable of confidently following a process and quickly developing subject matter expertise without the need for constant quality checks.
- Demonstrated flexibility in handling last-minute changes in commitments and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Capable of managing and prioritizing high workload volumes.
- Resourceful and proactive, continuously seeking ways to make improvements in the process, team, or work environment, and motivated to provide a high level of service.
