Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate globally with sponsors, users, and engineering colleagues from multiple divisions to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Learn from experts in the field.
- Utilize various technologies, depending on the team, including Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, APIs, GraphQL, Elastic Search, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Machine Learning.
- Innovate and incubate new ideas. Work on a diverse range of challenges, often involving large data sets, real-time processing, messaging, workflow, and UI/UX.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including defining, designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software across our products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java development.
- Experience in automated testing and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and arguments clearly in meetings and written documents.
Preferred skills:
- Expertise in UI/UX development.
- Designing APIs for interconnected services, message buses, or real-time processing.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases.
- Understanding of the financial industry, compliance, or risk functions. Ability to influence stakeholders.
