Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure the traceability of system engineering information (including requirements, risks, design decisions, protocols, and results) within the model-based system environment of the organization.
• Generate comprehensive requirements and designs for solutions, products, services, and testing procedures.
• Promote the implementation of best practices in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) across Philips globally by providing training and coaching to R&D project teams and organizations, thereby enhancing overall maturity in this area.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within Philips businesses concerning MBSE practices and formulate actionable proposals, plans, and customized training materials or workshops to address these opportunities.
• Manage and execute your activities and services in alignment with established project management principles.
• If applicable, lead and coordinate small teams of system engineers specialized in MBSE

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech

Preferred skills:

• Proficient in both written and oral English communication.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concepts.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in optimizing system performance.
• Capable of independently exploring applications based on provided training.
• Exhibits effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborates well as a team player.
