Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the initiation and completion of staffing requests.
- Tracking sub-contractor activities and engagements.
- Taking responsibility for the generation and upkeep of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborating to develop tailored reports to meet the needs of both the business and support teams.
- Demonstrating proficiency in systems operation and providing support.
- Navigating independently through interactions with various cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Fundamental understanding of MS Excel.
- Possessing knowledge in Management Information Systems (MIS) and analytics is considered an additional asset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with systems, particularly SAP, is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Openness to flexible work hours.
