Key Responsibilities for Quality Analyst:
- Meets or surpasses predetermined goals for accuracy and productivity in the assigned audit/quality processes.
- Has expertise in particular corporate quality procedures.
- Providing SME-level instruction, updates, and coaching on mapping operations.
- Ticket management (responding to/resolving tickets and meeting SLAs).
- Promote process and system enhancements based on continuing patterns and gaps found.
- Complete the specified audit procedures’ project components as assigned.
- Communicates tactically with internal parties about issues.
- Produces operating reports and status updates as needed.
Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Create the data structure, apply transformations, load jobs into Redshift, and use Excel to process and report the results.
- Troubleshooting report problems and clearing procedures.
- Keeping in touch with consumers and the product team to deliver status updates.
- Disseminating thorough automated dashboards.
- To create the report, data must be extracted, transformed, and loaded into tables with an optimised data structure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelors in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Proven expertise in database migration, database administration responsibilities, and data warehousing.
- Mastery of various platforms, including Oracle, Redshift, and MySQL, and strong SQL abilities
- Read, speak, and speak English well.
- Extensive knowledge of dash-boarding with Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau, and PowerBI.
Preferred skills:
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Proven capacity for workload management and prioritisation.
- Retail, advertising, or e-commerce experience.
- Preferred from e-commerce background
