Key Responsibilities:
- Duties of a customer service specialist.
- Other job-related incidental tasks, as required.
- Incoming calls should be handled quickly and professionally.
- Assist customers with questions about the company’s offerings, organisational structure, and business practises to efficiently route their inquiries to the right people.
- Understanding client complaints, determining the urgency, scoping the problem and getting it ready for escalation, and assigning it to the appropriate escalation team.
- Help about 60 consumers every day create and update tickets in a ticketing system related to the call.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate.
- Required: Regional equivalent to High School Diploma.
- Preferred: Successful completion of 1 to 2 years of higher education classes.
Preferred skills:
- Customer Service Professional Summary.
- Acquires fundamental abilities to carry with daily duties.
- There is minimal autonomy in the work that must be done.
- Either closely supervises or does tasks in accordance with established protocols.
- Career advancement is supported at the entry level of a company.
