Key Responsibilities:
- You will be assisting Business Banking clients with a variety of product and service needs.
- By verifying KYC data and recording any necessary updates to ensure that all information kept is current and in compliance with policy, you may improve consumer outcomes and internal control.
- Work with the Quality team and incorporate any input it offers to make sure that all jobs are executed in accordance with the established protocols.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in journalism, criminal justice, banking, or commerce.
- Possessing the capacity to deal with data and information that are extremely personal and confidential.
- Powerful narrative writing abilities.
Preferred skills:
- Ambitious person capable of working independently to achieve set objectives.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, especially familiarity with MS software.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities are necessary for organising and analysing numerous, complex data sets. Proven logical skills are also essential.
- The capacity to operate autonomously under time constraints.
