Key Responsibilities for Financial Analyst:
- Responding politely to any incoming support inquiries from customers via phone and/or email. Identifying all relevant end users, including name, department, contact information, and nature of issue.
- Update your own availability in the RAVE system to ensure process productivity.
- Keep note of any inquiries you receive, the procedures you take to solve problems, and the total number of successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
- To respond to all client inquiries, adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries in accordance with the contract’s SLAs.
- Recognise and become knowledgeable about pertinent product information to support improved client engagement and troubleshooting.
- Record and examine call logs to identify the most common trends and future issues.
- Maintain and update customer self-help materials to reduce the time it takes to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Analyst:
- Conduct multiple process audits (1 audit per agent every week) in accordance with the rules and regulations.
- Conduct three audits per agent every week for the agents whose performance is in the worst quartile.
- Prepare the report’s results and communicate them as needed to the customer and the account leadership on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Perform a weekly analysis to determine error patterns, and a root cause analysis (RCA) for the top two errors.
- Conduct calibration communications to inform the client of any changes, and refresher trainings to fill in any skill gaps brought on by these communications.
