Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Procurement process including Vendor Creation, Contract set up, PR-PO.
• Educating end-users on the procurement process and assisting them as needed.
• Preparing reports and monthly Dashboards.
• Resolving purchasing issues and concerns.
• Extensive knowledge of purchase order system (SAP and Ariba) and related software.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Preferred skills:

• Good written/verbal skillset for business communications/meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
