Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle and Project Program .
- Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books.
- Manage Journal entires and Recoveries.
- Provides active support to the Portfolio and Delivery PMO as required.
- Drive automation and continuous process improvement across all areas of responsibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with atleast 6 months of relevant experience (Customer Service role in a Contact centre)
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, CIMA, ACCA
- Strong academic background – 1st /2nd class honours, minimum bachelor degree from a reputable institution.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in project lifecycle and business case; in-depth experience in portfolio analysis
- Knowledge/expertise in programme governance standards and assurance.
- Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centres/project budgets.
- Highly competent in MS office suite and be an MS Excel Expert (pivot tables, macros, data set manipulation).
- Excellent organization skills, structured and be able to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
