Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and chat for software-related issues, including Windows operating systems and drivers, hardware, peripherals such as printers and scanners, and basic network connectivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, ensuring maximum First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Handle frustrated or dissatisfied customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, technical issues, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain high productivity levels while ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Knowledge of Level 1 IT Service Desk operations in a 24×7 support environment.
- Ability to work during Indian evening and night shifts to support business operations.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in voice-based technical support or IT helpdesk operations is preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation, updates, and error troubleshooting.
- Understanding of device drivers, software installation, and compatibility issues.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting of peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and IP configuration.
