Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings.
- Process Market Development Fund (MDF) and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy.
- Manage marketing budgets, fund allocations, and funding requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal headquarters and sales teams.
- Provide exceptional support to Qualcomm’s Compute Channel Partners while fostering strong relationships with internal Sales and Business Development teams.
- Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 0-1 year of experience in PC OEMs, semiconductor channel partnerships, or business operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop proficiency in tools and technologies such as AI, CRM, and Power BI.
- Flexibility to attend evening business review meetings and calls as required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to accommodate evening calls between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST for headquarters reviews and business discussions, or work in shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST, as required.
