Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business analysis activities across one or more projects, programmes, or value streams to support the achievement of agreed change objectives.
- Gather, document, translate, and clarify business requirements, ensuring clear traceability to expected outcomes and business benefits.
- Document and analyse business and IT processes to support solution design and delivery planning.
- Evaluate customer journeys and product functionality to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and digital teams to define solution options and recommend the most effective and value-driven approach.
- Coordinate change management and implementation activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and communication support.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, coordinating appropriate actions for resolution or escalation.
- Share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across change teams to improve processes and promote continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with business, technology, and cross-functional teams.
- Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills to evaluate options and recommend effective solutions.
- Plan and coordinate change activities while proactively managing risks to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Demonstrate an understanding of change management methodologies and their application in supporting iterative delivery.
- Possess experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting clear and traceable business requirements.
- Exercise sound judgement to balance attention to detail with delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the retail financial services industry.
