Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and develop small-to-medium-sized features, from technical design through implementation and completion.
- Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile engineering practices across various stages, including requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing.
- Contribute to technical design and feature delivery under appropriate guidance.
- Analyze information, ask relevant questions, and clarify requirements to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Write clean, functional, and maintainable code, along with unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests, under guidance.
- Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and make necessary improvements to code quality.
- Monitor and triage incident reports, participate in post-incident reviews (postmortems), and support on-call responsibilities when required.
- Estimate task completion timelines and proactively communicate progress, blockers, and potential delays to the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with no prior experience required.
- Basic understanding of software development theories, principles, and concepts, with exposure to current technologies through academic coursework or internships.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in backend development using programming languages and frameworks such as Go, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
