Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality, accuracy, and relevance of EY’s trusted go-to-market content by carrying out assigned content management activities.
- Publish content on websites and select, optimize, and update graphics and images as required.
- Create and update simple web pages using approved templates and established instructions.
- Perform content migration and bulk content updates as required.
- Review and correct deliverables that have undergone automated sanitization to ensure content quality and accuracy.
- Process content update requests, including text edits, file replacements, and metadata changes, using Adobe CMS, Workfront, and SharePoint.
- Apply established content standards and EY’s visual brand identity to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience.
- Use available tools and Generative AI (GenAI) to complete assigned tasks and contribute to improvements in content quality, usability, and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues, seeking guidance when necessary to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with testing and release activities related to content management tools and workflows.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and collaboration while supporting personal development and the growth of the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic experience in content delivery, web publishing, or digital asset management, along with a willingness to develop deeper expertise in these areas.
- Curiosity about Generative AI and content management systems, preferably supported by practical experience using these tools in content delivery.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks under supervision and contribute effectively to team objectives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and identify and communicate challenges proactively.
- Strong coordination and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Skills & Attributes:
- Demonstrate an interest in EY’s go-to-market strategy and understand how content contributes to business growth.
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and established processes accurately.
- Show a willingness to learn and apply user experience (UX) and design principles.
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with Generative AI tools such as EYQ and Copilot, and a basic understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Python, with a willingness to learn EY’s content management tools, such as Adobe CMS, Workfront, and SharePoint.
