Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project guidelines and prepare quotations that meet all customer requirements.
- Review project specifications and contribute to the preparation of project guideline forms.
- Understand and document LBP- and customer-specific guidelines for quotation preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, technical deviation lists, reports, and drawings.
- Communicate with LBPs and sales offices as needed to obtain clarifications and maintain a clear understanding of project requirements.
- Provide support for customer-requested project revisions.
- Support sales offices after purchase order (PO) issuance and prepare transactions for order entry.
- Provide technical support for order entry (OE) and factory-related clarifications, and assist with change orders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree in an engineering discipline.
- Hands-on knowledge and practical experience in control valve sizing and selection.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to develop competency portfolios as evidence of professional skills and knowledge through structured continuing engineering education.
- Awareness of internal and industry standards relevant to the responsibilities of the position is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and recommend suitable solutions for specific applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in handling large-scale projects and working in an in-house engineering environment.
