Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with developers and end users throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure that applications meet user requirements and expectations.
- Perform software testing using various methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other project-related testing documentation.
- Participate in peer reviews of test cases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to testing standards.
- Identify, document, and report software defects, bugs, and inconsistencies.
- Review, analyze, and enhance requirement specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Assist end users in executing acceptance test scripts to validate application functionality and ensure that business requirements are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in writing and executing manual test cases for complex software applications, with experience in automated testing considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, department leads, and end users.
- Excellent computer proficiency, analytical abilities, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in the regulated healthcare industry is preferred.
