Key Responsibilities:
- Order & Contract Creation: Validate incoming Order Forms using Google Workspace tools to ensure completeness, financial accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Salesforce & CPQ Management: Use Salesforce (Vector) to track sales opportunities and manage CPQ processes, ensuring accurate and timely downstream billing.
- Operations & SLA Management: Utilize Q+ and other tracking tools to monitor queue health, maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and meet defined operational SLAs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to resolve billing blocks, booking errors, and other operational issues.
- Renewal Processing: Process renewal cases using established checklists, update internal systems, and ensure all required information is accurately maintained.
- Contract & Compliance Management: Review and align contracts with applicable commercial and legal frameworks while performing required policy and approval checks.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide accurate clarifications to stakeholders and support escalations by supplying relevant data and documentation.
- Quality & Process Adherence: Follow established SOPs, address QA feedback promptly, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Error Reduction: Identify recurring issues and take appropriate measures to minimize repeat errors and reduce client-facing defects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Commerce or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience with Google Workflow.
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and order, contract, and provisioning management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
