Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay’s key merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, promptly alerting stakeholders to performance issues.
- Transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis.
- Communicate timely and effectively with stakeholders during system incidents and data anomalies.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance monitoring and metric visualization.
- Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights through data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement process and system improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven ability to manage, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques, such as Tableau and Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
