Key Responsibilities:
- Life Sciences Data Analysis: Analyze life sciences datasets, including IQVIA MIDAS, market research data, and SDR, to generate actionable insights.
- Competitive Market Modeling: Develop and evaluate market scenarios based on competitive dynamics, market trends, and industry developments.
- Advanced Statistical Techniques: Apply statistical techniques such as time-series analysis, regression modeling, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Structured Model Development: Translate business assumptions into quantifiable drivers and incorporate them into robust analytical models.
- Analytical Deliverables: Produce high-quality analytical outputs with a strong focus on accuracy, reproducibility, and clarity for project teams and clients.
- Problem Structuring: Understand client challenges and develop structured analytical approaches to address complex business problems.
- Workplan Execution: Develop project workplans, monitor progress, and ensure the timely completion of project milestones.
- Client Engagement: Support client interactions, presentations, and discussions by communicating technical concepts clearly and maintaining business relevance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance methodologies, tools, and processes through innovative and practical solutions.
- Workstream Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned analytical workstreams and ensure accurate, high-quality, and defect-free delivery.

- Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Support proposal development and contribute to business development activities as required.
- Actively participate in learning and capability-building initiatives to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, BE, or MCA.
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or MCA.
Required Skills:
- Possess good knowledge of pharmaceutical forecasting and relevant datasets.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including modelling, handling large datasets, and automation.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in VBA for automation and tool development.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint for developing client-ready presentations and effectively communicating insights.
- Have familiarity with AI concepts and their applications in business contexts.
