Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Analyze data using Python and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities.
- Design and implement data models, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Conduct data quality assessments and troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
- Present analytical findings through effective visualizations and compelling data storytelling.
- Support ESG-related reporting and data visualization initiatives as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation, and ETL processes.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and data modeling.
- Good programming skills in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with large and complex datasets.
- Understanding of KPI development, reporting frameworks, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and data infrastructure concepts.
