Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, prepare, and analyze moderately complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and develop and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and implement detailed reports and dashboards using various reporting and visualization tools, and design effective data visualizations to clearly communicate moderately complex data and insights. Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including data models, visualizations, KPIs, and performance optimization.
- Statistical Analysis: Use SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data, and create and maintain database views to support reporting and analytics requirements. Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data using statistical software and programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes and apply standard methodologies and best practices for effective data management and reporting.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support data requirements and identify opportunities, while partnering with digital technology and data engineering teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Conduct moderately complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
- Quality Assurance & Data Validation: Perform moderately complex reporting and analytical activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, quality, and security of data, and validate reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with structured datasets and relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- Ability to design and develop solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other Power Platform tools.
- Experience in building and supporting Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled solutions for broader user groups, while translating business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and systemic issues.
- Willingness to work in shifts from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
