Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support through voice-based customer assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

- Be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Have a basic understanding of computers and common troubleshooting concepts.
