Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software features that align with business requirements.
- Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code in accordance with industry best practices and Infor development standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure software quality and promote knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects, technical issues, and production-related problems in a timely manner.
- Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies and best practices to enhance product performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support software deployment activities and help maintain the stability, availability, and overall health of production environments.
- Document technical decisions, development processes, and best practices to facilitate effective knowledge sharing across the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience with IBM programming languages and technologies, including ILE, CLLE, SQL, and DDS.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and development practices.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ILE programs.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive unit test plans.
