Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstallation on Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Troubleshoot common operating system, application, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Assist with ticket triage and resolution tracking using Freshservice or similar ITSM tools.
- Support basic software packaging, deployment, and testing activities.
- Assist in documenting SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues.
- Support patch management and software compliance checks.
- Assist with testing and quality assurance of internal automation workflows using Power Automate and other low-code tools.
- Provide general coordination support for ongoing IT projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field in 2026.
- Possess working knowledge of Windows and macOS, including software installation, basic system configuration, and common troubleshooting procedures.
- Comfortable working hands-on in macOS environments.
- Possess strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in enterprise IT support practices.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for technical assistance and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess any Microsoft Fundamentals certification, such as MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900.
- Have basic exposure to scripting using PowerShell or Shell.
