Key Responsibilities:
- Write, modify, and review high-quality, testable, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end, back-end, and data layers.
- Integrate systems and applications using APIs, messaging queues, and databases.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and large-scale data processing jobs using appropriate frameworks and cloud services.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Maintain continuous integration (CI) pipelines to automatically execute tests whenever code changes are committed.
- Debug application issues, perform root cause analysis, and leverage AI-driven tools where applicable to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
- Enforce code quality standards through peer reviews, static code analysis, and automated quality gates.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and package and deploy applications across multiple environments using containerization and orchestration tools.
- Monitor applications in production using observability tools, investigate incidents, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize code and applications for performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Apply secure coding practices, manage secrets appropriately, validate inputs, and ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Comply with applicable regulatory and security standards and maintain accurate documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have at least one year of relevant professional experience.
- Have experience developing and implementing web-based or mobile applications.
- Have experience writing, modifying, and reviewing code for commercial or end-user applications.
- Have experience debugging software issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Have experience developing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Have experience integrating systems using APIs, messaging queues, and databases.
- Have experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications across different environments.
- Have experience applying secure coding practices and complying with applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Have experience developing applications using Eclipse, MyEclipse, JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA, or other major Java IDEs.
- Have experience working with Git/Stash, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Have experience developing APIs using SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and relevant API standards such as OAuth and SAML.
- Have experience working with SQL-based databases such as DB2 and MySQL, as well as Unix or Linux platforms.
- Have experience developing tools and implementing automation for CI/CD, automated deployment, system availability, logging, and monitoring.
- Have some experience working with streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.
- Demonstrate the ability to write clean, coherent, and maintainable code while following established coding standards and guidelines.
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly driven, resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Have experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, as well as containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Have one or more years of relevant professional experience.
