Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse end-to-end business processes and systems to understand their design impacts across Business, IT, and Operations.
- Support process re-engineering initiatives and provide detailed process design guidance while balancing risk, cost, and end-to-end efficiency.
- Conduct impact assessments for change requests, considering design, scope, timelines, budget, and effort, and provide accurate delivery estimates for new requirements or scope changes.
- Develop and maintain control structures and KPI scorecards to monitor milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and employee engagement, and initiate appropriate mitigation actions when required.
- Collaborate with markets and regional teams to understand regulatory requirements, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Support the Product Owner by gathering customer insights and incorporating customer preferences into product strategy and direction.
- Provide product, sector, and market expertise to ensure that solutions deliver a strong value proposition and achieve targeted business benefits.
- Drive value delivery by engaging with customers and supporting teams in developing products that effectively meet customer and business needs.
- Communicate the product vision clearly to delivery teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support stakeholder management by presenting product progress and deliverables, while monitoring and managing defects and quality indicators within the delivery framework.
- Collaborate effectively with CCM teams, Operations, Group and Regional functions, including Risk, Finance, and IT, as well as regulators and third-party partners.
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities, complex requirements, and tight delivery timelines while maintaining a strong focus on quality and business outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong Business Analysis capabilities, with proven expertise in end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and business analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong background in business and process analysis, change delivery, and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Experience in planning, managing, and implementing business and IT change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate confidently at all levels across the organisation.
- Ability to constructively challenge business requirements and objectives to clarify needs and define robust requirements, solutions, and operating models.
- Proactive approach to identifying innovative opportunities that improve business outcomes and deliver value to customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively bridge Business, IT, and Operations teams.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and continuously improve processes and practices.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, with relevant certifications such as Change Management or Six Sigma/Black Belt considered an advantage.
