Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Components, ReactJS, Bootstrap, and other modern web development technologies.
- Contribute to the analysis, design, prototyping, and implementation of new services and features while enhancing existing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end user experience for customers.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to learn quickly and develop effective methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop backend endpoints, define data schemas, and design efficient data flow pipelines.
- Build reusable code components and libraries that can be leveraged for future development.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and robust frontend and backend code.
- Develop creative and responsive web portals, websites, web pages, microservices, APIs, and web application integrations.
- Follow software development best practices across design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operational processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide support for production systems, including performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
- Perform thorough pre-deployment quality assurance and develop comprehensive unit tests to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of new code.
- Participate in the engineering team’s on-call rotation and provide timely support for production escalations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech or M.Tech degree from a premier institute, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and operating highly available services while ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
- Have 4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably within product-based companies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks such as Web Components, React, Vue, Bootstrap, Redux, Node.js, TypeScript, dynamic web applications, Redis, Memcached, Docker, Kafka, and MySQL.
- Possess a strong understanding of MVC frameworks and web development concepts, including HTML, DOM, CSS, REST, AJAX, responsive design, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Have a good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience in developing AI/ML applications.
- Have hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of services such as Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), ElastiCache, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3, Serverless Architecture, Lambda, API Gateway, and Amazon DynamoDB, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with cloud operations, including AWS, Terraform, scalability, high availability, and security, is an added advantage.
- Possess strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including design principles, algorithm analysis, data structure design and implementation, documentation, and unit testing, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Have experience leveraging AI tools and agentic development frameworks to build reliable, high-performance, and scalable solutions, with a strong focus on improving productivity and accelerating software delivery.
