Key Responsibilities:
- Create and validate detailed reports and market data for internal and external clients.
- Ensure that report and market specifications, including accuracy, timeliness, and quality, meet client expectations.
- Manage the creation of client deliverables in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with various IQVIA teams, including Client Service Analysts, Clinicians, Management, Scheduling, SSIG, Marketing, Data Investigation, and Verification & Release teams.
- Manage daily workloads using the CSM Tool to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
- Work on assigned projects, understand new requirements, test new tools, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of IQVIA products and services, including data extraction and formatting for DDD, Xponent, FIA, LAAD, NPA Market Dynamics, and Xponent Prescribing Dynamics.
- Utilize IQVIA internal databases and tools, including OLP, TSO/DTSO, IDMS, CMFQ, FTP, MDT, and BDE.
- Research, analyze, and respond to Client Service Analyst inquiries related to markets, NDCs, and CMF details.
- Manage weekly and monthly core market business rule changes in accordance with SOPs, including the documentation and maintenance of business rules.
- Interpret client market requirements and create and maintain customized Market Definitions using the Market Definition Tool.
- Execute assigned project tasks related to market and report development while ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing project requirements, priorities, and business needs.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with 0–6 months of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with knowledge of VLOOKUP and Power Pivot functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a client-focused environment.
- Demonstrate proactive ownership and accountability in assigned responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- Ability to understand and translate complex concepts and methodologies into clear and easily understandable information while providing consultative guidance.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, prepare professional presentation materials, and deliver training effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to contribute to business projects aligned with organizational strategies.
- Ability to provide proactive and consultative recommendations to improve report accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their indications.
- Ability to interpret and translate market and report requirements into solutions that effectively meet client expectations.
