Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing Talent management processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate, secure, and seamless flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant project documentation to support successful implementation.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and test scenarios, and conduct functional and integration testing to ensure SAP SuccessFactors solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and progress.
- Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adopting new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to business processes and system functionality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in Business Analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.
- Possess proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
- Have 5 to 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Talent domain.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Possess proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.

- Possess strong documentation skills, including the ability to create requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Have proficiency in project management tools and business analysis techniques.
- Be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering accurate and high-quality results.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
