Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to optimize supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and effectively manage supply chain risks.
- Develop and implement predictive models to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and establish effective contingency plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency through automation and the integration of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Lead initiatives to digitize, automate, and streamline supply chain workflows and processes.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and actionable insights to management on the health, efficiency, and performance of key supply chain inventory management processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a strong focus on high-tech and AI-driven industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, program management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a broad global environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools and platforms for supply chain optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and work with various models, scenarios, and simulations at a granular level.
- Ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights, key drivers, and business implications to senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python, Power BI, and Tableau, with strong data mining capabilities considered an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of business process interdependencies and the ability to develop and utilize relevant performance metrics.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust to evolving roles, priorities, and business initiatives.
