Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end course review and approval process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established guidelines.
- Perform administrative activities to support course review, approval, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) issuance processes.
- Respond to participant and learner queries and resolve complaints through email while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with established quality standards and service level agreements.
- Review and manage daily learning requests submitted through the learning management system.
- Evaluate course submissions to ensure compliance with NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) requirements and KPMG CPE credit guidelines.
- Determine, assign, and administer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits within the organization’s learning management system for participants and instructors.
- Prepare and distribute certificates of attendance to clients, where applicable, in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with participants, learners, onshore teams, and leadership throughout the course review and approval lifecycle.
- Follow established processes, templates, and operational procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify, document, and report process issues or exceptions, escalating them appropriately when required.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards throughout all activities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and administrative responsibilities.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as B.A., B.Com., B.Ed., B.E., or BCA.
Work Experience:
- Possess 0 to less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Exposure to an international work environment will be considered an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, learners, onshore teams, senior managers, directors, and partners.
- Possess strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset to ensure review processes are completed accurately and all collected data is reliable.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible, taking ownership of responsibilities and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Outlook and MS Excel.
- Be IT literate with the ability to effectively work across multiple systems and applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an operational or contact center environment is preferred.
- Demonstrate effective relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking environment will be an advantage.
- Experience working successfully in a target-driven environment is preferred.
