Key Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to Credit and Fraud Risk operations to understand how they support business growth, enhance customer experience, and enable effective risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product enhancements, business initiatives, and innovation-driven projects.
- Participate in various stages of the product lifecycle, including requirement discovery, testing, implementation, and performance monitoring.
- Develop an understanding of how data, technology, and business insights work together to solve complex business challenges.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Utilize analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Gain practical exposure to data governance, data quality management, and process improvement methodologies to ensure reliable and efficient data operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios.
- Passion for data analytics, risk management, and leveraging insights to support business decision-making.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment.
- Strong capability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive meaningful business insights.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), automation technologies, ETL tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, and data visualization platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial services, credit risk, fraud risk, compliance, or related business domains will be an added advantage.
