Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business datasets using exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Develop robust data models and analytical frameworks using Python to standardize calculations, generate predictive insights, and enable scalable solutions across projects and teams.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel workbooks and VBA/macros to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
- Perform comprehensive data validation and quality assurance using Microsoft Excel, Python, and other analytical tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Document analytical methodologies, data sources, business rules, and assumptions to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and effective knowledge sharing.
- Prepare and present structured reports and business presentations that communicate analytical findings, highlight business impact, and support continuous process improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to perform scenario analysis and what-if simulations using Excel, VBA, and Python models to evaluate potential business outcomes and support risk-informed planning.
- Apply industry knowledge and best practices to benchmark performance, interpret market trends, and ensure analytical outputs align with business standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to data governance, security, and privacy policies while promoting the ethical use of data and analytics across the organization.
- Contribute to a culture of analytical excellence by sharing best practices, mentoring team members on modern analytical techniques, and promoting evidence-based decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and integration with visualization and reporting tools.
- Possess advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Excel VBA (Macro) development to create automated workflows, complex formulas, and template-based reporting solutions.
- Apply hands-on experience in Tableau to design interactive and user-friendly dashboards that transform complex data into meaningful visual insights for diverse business stakeholders.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques, including data profiling, feature analysis, and visualization methods to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Bring practical domain knowledge and industry exposure to effectively align analytical metrics with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving market trends.
